Returns

As every piece at &natural is carefully handmade, each item carries its own subtle variations — a quiet testament to its process and individuality. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the wrong item has been sent.

If you’ve received an incorrect item, please contact us at hello@andnatural.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll be happy to make things right. Please note that once a piece has been used, we’re unable to accept returns or offer exchanges.

Refunds

We’ll let you know once we’ve received and inspected your return, and confirm whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 30 days. Please keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to complete the transaction on their end.
