All pieces at &natural are handmade, and minor variations in size, shape, or finish are to be expected. These unique details are not considered faults but are part of the character and charm of handmade ceramics.

2. Orders & Payment
Orders are confirmed once full payment has been received. Please ensure all details are correct before placing your order, as we are unable to amend or cancel it once processed.

3. Shipping & Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within 3 working days. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and postal service. We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as postal services or customs.

4. Returns
As each piece at &natural is handmade, minor variations are to be expected. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the wrong item has been sent. If you’ve received an incorrect item, please contact us at hello@andnatural.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please note, once an item has been used, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

5. Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll confirm whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 30 days. Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to complete the transaction.
